Chuck at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and fun, it made it seem like we were staying with family. The location was convenient, right off the exit from I-81 for an easy off, easy on situation. The beds were comfortable and the room itself was not bad. The staff was helpful and I was able to get in and rest before continuing on my trip the next day. The sheets and towels were top-notch, not scratchy or coarse. The towels were fluffy and soft, and the bright colors in the bathroom were a nice change from the typical beige. a great stay with a helpful and friendly staff.

had a great stay at a cozy hotel in chambersburg. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. loved the comfortable rooms and relaxing pool. plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. will definitely stay here again!

Have to answer truthfully, breakfast was awful compared to other properties where we stay. Pancakes, -0, eggs, -0. We had to stop during our travel North, to eat.

The interior of the building was just very dark.

Convenient location right off the highway. Easy access for travelers. Rooms were decently clean and had comfortable beds.

Dirty towels, residue in the bathroom, and cigarette burns on the blankets. The bathroom tap was broken, and there were even repairs that hadn't been painted or finished.

The person who checked us in was extremely slow. It was well past midnight and we were exhausted and just wanted to get to bed. They knew we were coming but had not turned on the heat. It was freezing in the room.
